What a fine gentleman he is<3 And hot, not to be forgotten. 

I decided to cosplay Austria as a surprise for Yoshu, as she was making a Hungary cosplay and I knew what the character meant to her. As always though, I couldn't keep my mouth shot so I told her about the costume before it was finished... OTL 

I love how he sees the world, is passionate about music and so utterly clumsy and akward sometimes~

so I really like being Austria, although this cosplay doesn't exist anymore.. I hope to remake it some day!

K A N A M E

Vampire Knight.. oh what a series<3 It means a lot to me, even though I haven't watched or read it in ages now. 

It was completely random that I got to cosplay this character! I tried on my friend Yoshus coat that she had from her VK cosplay, and she said that I looked like Kaname, and as we were in the need for something to cosplay for Genki-cons cosplayshow, it landed on Vampire Knight! 

It's quite amazing actually.. Vampire Knight grew strongly on me, and remained my favorite series for I don't know how long.. Plus, I believe it's what brought me and Yoshu so close together as friends~

The reason why I cosplay Saix, is that long time ago my friends decided that they wanted to cosplay from the fantastic game, Kingdom Hearts 2. Now, I knew very little about it but started playing it at a friends house, and quickly became obsessed with it! 

And thus, I decided that I wanted to join them in cosplaying from the game! To be honest I don't remember if I chose Saïx, or if he was "given" to me.. never the less, I had great fun cosplaying him<3

The reason why I want to cosplay Gothel, is that I fell in love with her at first sight. She is such a bitch, and I really do have a weakness for those characters!  
I adore the voice actor, Donna Murphey, for being able to bring her to life in her greatness, and I hope I can do her justice.

I actually bought the fabric for Gothel way back in.. February maybe? But I didn't have time to get started on the cosplay until after svs.. Oh, I've already bought fabric for the under skirt two times.. Cause I wasn't happy with the color xD Oh and two wigs! yay me for being too quick to buy something...!

 

I have cut out all the piece for the red dress - expect the sleeves - and this is what it looks like, chunked onto my mannequin! ... Not pretty, I know.
Bbut I l o v e this fabrics color!(Which you can't really see in this light, because it's late and a horrible picture XD)
But I'm sure it will end up looking good~ 

On the two photos to the right, you can see the stencil I have made - with help from Emi who drew the stupid pattern on Gothels dress for me, thank you dear! - and the test I did on a bit of the fabric.. I am not sure if I am going to make the pattern onto the dress.. afraid of ruining the whole thing >_<
But before I can get anything really tested, I have to get some fabric dye.. Cause this was done with acrylic xD
